Reservations can be made for Maximum 5 people at a time

This limit of 5 people has been chosen by Explore.Brussels to allow as many people as possible to take part in this exceptional event, the BANAD Festival.

The number of people must be the same for all the visits in a booking.

For a group visit, please consult our page Group visits

If you wish to take several tours on the same day, don't forget to take into account the distances between the sites, your expected means of travel and, depending on your choices, the frequency of public transport or parking difficulties when drawing up your programme. Bear in mind that if you are more than five minutes late, you will be refused access to the visit and your place may be resold.

When you log on to the booking website, a queue has been created to avoid disruption or bugs caused by too many people being online at the same time.

Once you have added your first booking to your basket, you will have 60 minutes to place and pay for your order.

Why? Because during these 60 minutes, the seats are pre-booked for you and therefore guaranteed if you confirm your order.

We are aware that this countdown can be stressful. However, it's the best way for us to be able to assign you the visits you've pre-booked while allowing other visitors to do the same.

As with any e-commerce system, never click on the back arrow in your browser when making a reservation, as this could result in the loss of your order. There are return buttons on the site itself for this purpose.

Confirmation emails are generated automatically. If you haven't received them, check your spam folder.

The first e-mail simply informs you that your order has been registered in the system and that we are waiting for your payment before confirming that your order has been processed. Confirmation that your payment has been made is the subject of the second e-mail.

A final e-mail will be sent to you automatically and directly by Mollie, which manages the secure payment platform.
